nextstep West Midlands Ofsted inspection
A message from Ofsted
nextstep is the brand name of the careers information and advice service for adults. CSW Partnerships Ltd manages the contract for nextstep services in the West Midlands. Learning and skills inspectors from Ofsted will be inspecting nextstep West Midlands services from Monday 25th to Friday 29th January 2010.
We want to hear what you think about the service you are receiving.
The views of customers provide important evidence for the inspection. So- please tell us, in confidence, how you feel about the nextstep service under the following headings:
• How well your nextstep session (or sessions) met your needs
• The location and timing of your nextstep session (or sessions)
• The quality and relevance of the information and advice you were given
• Any additional information or advice you received during your nextstep session (or sessions) to help you make use of the information and advice you received
• How useful your nextstep session (or sessions) were in helping you achieve your employment, education or training goals
• Anything else you think is important.
